JRC's Adult Education Committee is responsible for planning and coordinating opportunities for our adult congregants and local community to learn about and think about Jewish topics.
We meet at the synagogue and communicate frequently via email. Being a member of this committee is a great way to meet other congregants and our wonderful guest speakers and provides incentive to learn more. If you are thinking about how you might contribute to Judea Reform Congregation, consider joining us. We welcome volunteers who can contribute in whatever way they can, from attending all of the meetings and events to only attending and helping with specific events. If you are interested, please contact Martin at martin_feinstein@unc.edu.
Donations
Judea Reform Congregation’s Lifelong Learning opportunities are supported by membership contributions, registration fees and countless volunteer hours. The AEC thanks everyone whose contributions make all of this possible! As we consider future events, we ask you to think about increasing your support for these programs. Have you attended a class or Aleynu and left excited about what you learned and wanting to know more? Have you thought of a provocative program that is not here or that you want us to sponsor again? Let us know by contributing to the Adult Education Fund! Help us maintain current activities and boldly go where we have not gone before! Donations may be sent to Judea Reform Congregation (c/o AEC).
