Through the generosity of several congregants, JRC offers two, special endowed lectures each year. The Broun Lecture, made possible by congregants Ken and Marjorie Broun in memory of Ken’s parents, Helene and Fred Broun, provides a special Shabbat speaker each Fall. The Levin-Moscovitz Lecture Series, takes place in the Spring through the courtesy of Dick and Charlotte Levin and is offered in honor of their mothers, Minerva Levin and Rebecca Moscovitz. The Levin-Moscovitz Lecturer speaks at Shabbat services, holds a study session Shabbat morning, and ends the weekend with a Saturday evening Aleynu.
