Procedures for this Meeting
The Annual Meeting was virtual via Zoom. Attendees were required to RSVP to receive the private Zoom link to join the meeting.
To vote on slate and budget, members were required to access meeting via Zoom.
Zoom is free, and we provided assistance with acquiring Zoom, registering for our meeting, and managing the Zoom program on the day of the meeting.
We provided guides, videos, an email address for asking for help, and a "day of" help line.
We opened the Zoom meeting 30 minutes in advance.
We asked that attendees not share the link and password they are sent, explaining that the Annual Meeting is a closed meeting for congregants only.
We verified members and counted registrants so we could meet our constitutionally mandated quorum.
We asked that only one device per household would be used.
All materials for the Annual Meeting (budget and slate) were posted by May 20 on our website and we sent links via email to all who RSVPed.
