Annual Congregational Meeting 5780

Join us for our annual review of the year, elections, budget approval, and all the business that keeps Judea Reform running, year to year. Visit this page often to learn about proposals, the slate of candidates, and other important information.

Important information to know in advance:

The Annual Meeting will be virtual via Zoom. You must RSVP to receive the private Zoom link to join the meeting.
To vote on slate and budget, members will need to access meeting via Zoom.
Zoom is free—we suggest that you go to zoom.us and download the Zoom application in advance. You may also do this by clicking the Zoom Meeting link received in the RSVP confirmation email.
If you need any assistance with Zoom, we are here to help. We have “how to” information in our training guide below and if you want a person to assist you please contact us at info@judeareform.org. (Write ZOOM HELP in email subject line.)
We will open the Zoom meeting 30 minutes in advance and we will have a “day of” helpline, in case members need assistance logging on.
We ask that you not share this link and password. This is a closed meeting for congregants only and we will be verifying members and also counting registrants so we can meet our constitutionally mandated quorum.
We ask that only one device per household is used, as this will help us track number of participants for our quorum.
All materials for the Annual Meeting (budget and slate) will be posted by May 20 here and we will send this link via email to all who have already RSVPed.
