Prices Include:

  • Table and standard black cushioned chairs for up to 240 guests. (Linens are not included but are available at an additional cost.)
  • Labor to set up and break down included tables and chairs before and after the event
  • Wireless Internet access (Additional audio-visual equipment available at an additional cost.)
  • Well-equipped catering kitchen (with rental of Levin Social Hall and/or Monsein Community Court)
  • Ample parking in our private parking lot

Additional Required Fees

Purpose Rate
Custodial Fee (only during off-hours; non-members only), 3-hour minimum $25/hour
Security (required for events serving alcohol or events for 100+ guests; price set by City of Durham), 4-hour minimum $35/hour
*Non-member renters are required to submit a $500 fully-refundable security deposit, due by separate check 30 days prior to the event. This payment will apply toward any damages to the facility and/or removal of furnishings. Your security deposit will be refunded to you within 30 days after the event, minus any damange or clean-up fees retained.
