Ethics Code

In April of 2023, the Judea Reform Congregation Board of Trustees adopted a congregational ethics code in accordance with the guidelines proposed by the URJ.

Additionally, our congregation has an active ethics committee that is available to support our community. 

The Ethics Committee is an independent committee appointed by the synagogue President comprised of congregants.  The Ethics Committee supports the implementation of the Ethics Code and is governed by the processes outlined in that Code as it relates to receiving and addressing allegations of unethical behavior.
