Erev Shabbat & Torah Service Concert Canceled for Tonight, February 6, 2020

We are canceling this evening's concert in response to weather conditions. You can hear some of this music tomorrow evening at Shabbat services, preceding the Torah reading of the Song of the Sea. We hope to reschedule the full performance to benefit Families Moving Forward later this year. Click here if you'd still like to donate to Families Moving Forward on their website.

This benefit concert features much of the musical talent of Judea Reform, SONAM, the Triangle Jewish Chorale, and other community members presenting an hour-long piece composed by JRC Music Director Allan Friedman. Composed for choruses, soloists, and chamber orchestra in a wide variety of styles, including latin, jazz, gospel, rock, classical, and folk, there’s something for everyone in this service. All concert proceeds go to Families Moving Forward https://fmfnc.org and their work in providing shelter and skills to families experiencing homelessness. $18 suggested donation for individuals, $36 for families.
