We are also thrilled to welcome Lenora Helm Hammonds, Professor of Music at NCCU and acclaimed jazz singer. In honor of MLK Day, Dr. Helm Hammonds will share her expertise in issues of global and racial inequality through the lens of African-American music and its textual ties with our Torah.
