How often do we take time out to care for ourselves and deepen our relationship with spirit? In these three evenings we will do just that. Through texts, melodies, meditations and movement we will connect with our breath and become more aware of our thoughts, awakening more fully to our inner experience.

All levels of experience welcome, wear comfortable clothes.
