Welcoming Rabbi Soffer: Summerfest

5:00 PM - 8:00 PMSocial HallAll congregants are invited for casual summer fun and festivities! Meet and welcome Rabbi Soffer and his family. Reconnect with friends after the summer. Eat, play, and enjoy live music! Food trucks and a variety of outdoor fun and activities will be on the scene from 5:00 - 7:00 pm, and then we will convene in the Levin Social Hall from 7:00- 8:00 pm for a concert with with bluegrass artist Brandon Adams and special JRC guests. Come one, come all this is a great community event for all ages!
- A moon bounce will be on site for children with an attendant.
- We will have face painting and sidewalk chalk as well.
- Guests are encouraged to bring their own folding/stadium chairs or blankets for outside use.
- Reusable water bottles are also strongly encouraged to cut down on our paper and plastic waste.
- Food trucks rodeo - includes La Republica (Tacos, nachos, burritos y mas!), Barone Meatball Company (Kosher-style meat balls, veggie balls, salads and other offerings), and Locopops (cream and water based frozen desserts.)
- Inclusion runners - will have “runners” available for those that may have difficulty waiting in food truck lines! Those interested in ordering their food through a JRC food runner please bring cash to pay for your meals. Those interested in volunteering to be a fun and friendly food runner, please email Carrie Norry at carrienorry@me.com.
