Memorial Plaques

Thank you for your interest in ordering a memorial plaque in memory of your beloved.  A memorial plaque on the wall of Judea Reform’s sacred space is a special way to honor your loved ones’ memory.

The plaque format includes your loved ones name (in English) on the first line and both the English and Hebrew dates of death on the second line. Here is a sample:

• The memorial plaques are bronze.  Each plaque takes approximately 6-8 weeks to arrive at Judea Reform from the time of the order.  
• The cost of a plaque is $540 (30% of this cost is tax-deductible: $162.00).
• Memorial Plaque purchases will be listed in the Tzedakah Times.
