Open Positions

The Education Administrator serves to support the education programs of JRC. This position is part-time (20 hours/week) and reports to the Director of Congregational Learning. The EA is responsible for the logistics and details related to the operation of the Religious School and our Adult Education programs. Click here for a complete job description.

The DRTY (Durham Region Temple Youth) Advisor is responsible for the administrative, programming, relational, and logistical planning and implementation of our congregation’s youth group activities as outlined by the Director of Congregational Learning and guided by the goals of the Board of Trustees. This program is run on the peer leadership model, which empowers teens to self-determine, gain insight into self, apply experiential learning, and develop skills in a supportive environment, with the guidance of their adult advisor.
