Why Join Judea Reform?

Members of Judea Reform have access to Shabbat and holiday services, to our clergy for educational opportunities and life cycle events, to our Religious School for childrens' education, and to our cemetery. Members of Judea Reform are part of a diverse, casual, thriving, and welcoming community. From informal groups that go walking on Sunday mornings to study groups, from folks who meet for breakfast to more structured chavurot, from a friendly weekly chat at the oneg Shabbat to groups that celebrate holidays together - our members create lasting relationships that enhance each other's lives.

Membership Categories

At this time, we have two membership categories:

  • Family (Two-Adult) Household
  • Individual (One-Adult) Household

Suggested membership support (sometimes known as dues) differs for each membership category. While the Board of Trustees sets the standard membership support amount, we rely on Circles of Giving philanthropy to support the educational, cultural, and social work of the congregation. Judea Reform will never turn away a Jew with a genuine inability to contribute the standard suggested membership support.

How to Become a Member

Membership at Judea Reform is open to Jewish families in which one or both adults are Jewish and to Jewish individuals. If you would like additional information about something we have not addressed in this website, or simply want to come by and visit the temple, please set up a meeting with Emily Young, Executive Director, in the the synagogue office. They will be happy to welcome you, show you around, and answer any questions about our synagogue community.
