People respond to loss in different and variedways.  In The Five Ways We Grieve therapist Susan Berger proposes five different responses to loss, each with strengths and weaknesses that help and hinder our  ability to move toward healing and wholeness.

This Spring’s Grief 101 will explore five different approaches we can take toward grief. It will also explore the strengths and weaknesses of the different approaches, and what each of them says.”
