2021-2022 Religious School Registration Page

Welcome to registration for the Judea Reform Congregation Religious School 2021-2022 year.

By gathering and confirming the following information about your child(ren) and family, we will be able to enroll them for the coming year. This information will help us in our goal to provide a successful, meaningful, and safe year in our Religious School.

Tuition is as follows Program Times
Gesher (6 months to 3 y/o): $100 Select Sundays 10:00 to 11:00am
PreK (for students who have turned 4 by 8/31/21): $565 Sundays 9:30 to 11:30am
Kindergarten through 2nd grade: $565 Sundays 9:30am to 12:30pm
3rd through 6th grade: $715 Sundays 9:30am to 12:30pm
Darchei Mitzvah (7th Grade): $605 Saturdays 9:00 to 10:50am

We follow the North Carolina guidelines to determine grade eligibility with a cut off date of August 31, 2021.

Scholarships are available. We do not want finances to be a barrier to your child's religious education. We are grateful for generous benefactors who have made it possible for Judea Reform Congregation to offer financial assistance. For a scholarship application, click here. The deadline for submission of this application is August 20, 2021.

You will not need to pay any money when you submit this form. Tuition will be billed to your ShulCloud account. Fifty percent of tuition is due by September 19, 2021, and the balance is due by January 31, 2022.

In case of emergency, we will always try to reach parents/guardians first. In case we cannot reach you, please provide TWO other names of people we can call. In addition, please indicate if these people have permission to transport your child off Judea Reform premises.

Approved Pick-Up List

We maintain an Authorized Pick-Up List for each child. Your child will not be released to a person not on this list. Please add any adult who is not listed elsewhere on this form (ie: Parent, Guardian, Emergency Contact) so we can add them to your child's Authorized Pick-Up List.

If an unauthorized person attempts to pick up your student, a staff member will contact you or your emergency contact

Permissions and Consent

I consent to allow Judea Reform Congregation and its agents to administer the following over-the-counter medicines below, please check all that apply:

Snack Fee

The religious school will supply snack each week.To cover this expense, we will add a $36 snack fee, per child, in addition to regular tuition. There will always be a non-allergenic option for any known allergy.

Students in Gesher and Darchei Mitzvah (7th grade) are exempt from this fee.
